Additional Enhancement To Meet Specific End-User Needs

Even though P.I.M.S. has enough functionality to handle almost any need your business might have, certain conditions might arise that create a need to alter a specific function or add a new one that's unique to a particular End-User business. Such examples have been:

• A specific Purchase Order that automatically prints for certain Vendors in a different language and currency.
• An elaborate report that is automatically generated and e-mailed to an absentee owner every night.
• Hiding specific fields on and entry screen from certain Users.
• Non-standard hardware interfacing.

P.I.M.S. is fully customizable with the simple addition of a custom-developed "Plug-In". This small external file is simply placed into a special folder next to P.I.M.S., where it can work it's magic. The User can still enjoy all of the P.I.M.S. upgrades they like, without fear of losing their specific modifications! This alone has been worth the price of P.I.M.S. for many Users over the years.

Customize Your Own Outputs

With PIMS, many of the printed outputs are customizable by you to suite your specific needs. This includes such things as Invoices, Quotes, Purchase Orders, SROs, etc. This is accomplished with PIMS' built-in "Forms Designer" (formally sold separately, now included free). Using simple industry-standard drawing tools and access to PIMS' fields, you can achieve the look and feel your company has come to expect...
